Heat Pipes

A Thermo Cool heat pipe is a vacuum sealed cooling device which utilizes a working fluid and a wick structure. As heat radiates through the device, it vaporizes the liquid working fluid inside the wick in the evaporator section, effectively providing thermal conductivity with a more uniform temperature distribution.
